Parks & Recreation
One of the hits of the NBC lineup is Parks and Recreation, a show about a local parks and recreation department in the fictional town of Pawnee, Indiana. Much like NBC’s The Office, it’s shot with a mockumentary format in which the characters in the show are often “interviewed” about situations that occur as a camera crew follows them around to “document” what happens in a small town municipal office such as this.

The show started off in 2009 with Amy Poehler as the big name. But since the show’s debut, there are several other actors who have helped their characters steal scenes. One of the most notable characters is Ron Swanson, played by Nick Offerman. Swanson and his manly mustache have a disdain for the public after working in the parks and rec department for many years. Swanson has a “manly man” persona that hates change and likes to eat red meat as much as possible.

Tom is another great character, played by Aziz Ansari. He is an entrepreneur who likes to use his position as a local government official to pursue his business interests by using the resources he has through the parks and rec department. He is also a lady’s man. If you’re looking for a way to show your love for the Parks and Recreation TV show, you can wear one of the Parks and Rec t-shirts proudly.
