I sent my daughters paints back fehe got for Christmas in exchange for a smaller size the tracking shows they got it Jan 4 and it's now the 16. I have emailed the company twice once through a response with someone I talked to about the exchange and then the regular support email. I have heard nothing back. This is very frustrating.
