The General Lee is probably the most recognizable and famous car in the history of prime time television.     The Dukes of Hazzard was basically a show about pitting good against evil. Uncle Jesse Duke was the older guy that everybody loved, but he had a mean streak to him whenever it was necessary. He’s the typical southern gentleman with family values that you’d find in Georgia.
