i have been waiting so long and i never received my package and it very disappointing cause i was really looking forward to this.

For almost two month we have a problem with our order.
We received wrong size. I contacted company for advise, and they told me that I can exchange for my own pay shipping expenses. Which I said ok, but please be sure that I am NOT returning ITEM, I am just exchanging a size. Please be sure that you keep size that I need on hold; if the size I need will gone, I need my original order back to me. I am not returning.

After two weeks, no email, no confirmation no item. After almost two weeks I finally received email, that my item was excanged for size S, here is the FedEx tracking number. After me check with FedEx, they confirmed that I will get my order in one day.
But, next day I am receiving the email that I must desregret all previous emails and that my order been sold already to someone else. So, my order that I paid in September, got wrong size and send for my own money to exchange, and mentioned even in writing that please be sure to send me back my size, in case other would sold out; I AM NOT RETURNING, JUST EXCHANGING....My item was sold ..So, they oversold items to the customers without the ability to provide merchandise.
It means they have no control for their sale. They took your money without ability to provide you what you pay for. And no one even contact me, untill I start call them, text them, send them touns of emails.

So, disapointed and so upset. And the worse part it was a order for the person with disability, kid who so sensitive and have so much to go through. But, every day since September 27 was going to the mail box to check the item , if delivered or not. But, they simply don care. They just sold the ITEM, that belong to you. And how many of customers they have, that just simply paid for the same things? So so disapointed!!!!!!

The costume's quality is awesome!!! But, before we purchased we contacted "help" to choose the size, as for the person with a disability I could not make an easy decision in terms of sizing. We ended up with a totally wrong size, and not sure how to send back this item for an exchange. Really upset about it. Otherwise, quality is great. Colour and style are awesome. But, my daughter can't wear it, because of the wrong size. So upset about it.

I love this set. It fit as expected and it’s very light and comfortable. Everything is almost exactly to movie replica and it’s great for an easy cosplay!

This set looks awesome and is very comfortable too! Went by the size chart and it fits great. The tank top actually isn't the one from the same scene (at the end) but is like the one from the cage scene in the beginning, so it's like two costumes in one!

It is great material and very close to actual outfit... It's very comfy as well

The quality of this product is way better than I expected! The buttons on the shirt are orange instead of white, but I like the orange colored more. I'm going to use this as a cosplay, I'm really happy with it

This is a bit of a neon sherbert orange color (not so caution orange as one in real life and not as burnt orange as the one in the film). It seemed to also run a bit large, I am usually a large in womens so purchased the large and I might have been just fine in a medium (especially if it shortened the arms and legs which are much longer my limbs at 5'4). The buttons came in a matching orange color rather than the white pictured here which was welcome. It is really see-through and creases easily. The undershirt it comes with runs a lot smaller than the rest of the set though so I don't know if you should size down if you plan on wearing it. It fits me but it is very tight in the bust and nowhere nearly as long as I would have liked.
