Returns & Exchanges Instructions

Valid reasons for returns & exchanges are: size issues, wrong product shipped and damaged goods
Some items are not returnable or exchangeable. These items can include: Customized items, underwear, bikini's and swimwear, wigs, gaiters, facemasks, temporary tattoo's, bandanas and vampire fangs. If you have any questions about the return policy of an item, please contact customer service before you purchase.
IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR YOU BELIEVE IT TO BE DEFECTIVE

We accept returns* postmarked within 45 days from the date your order is fulfilled.
- Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, not dried in the dryer and in new condition.
- Briefs and Underwear items may not be returned or exchanged.
- Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.
- Items that smell strongly of smoke, are covered in pet/human hair or have the size/tag cut or torn out are not returnable under any circumstance.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7 to 14 business days of receiving your return. The buyer is responsible for ALL shipping & handling fees for items returned to us. We do not refund shipping fees.
RETURNS PROCESSSING FEE
Returns are assessed a processing fee. This fee includes the cost of the return shipping label and restocking.
Domestic returns: $6 processing fee
International returns: $20 processing fee

To return an item(s) follow these steps:

- Enter your order number (i.e. TVSOxxxxxxx) and zip code
- Choose your item(s)
- Choose if you want refund, exchange or store credit
- Choose your return method

Facebook and Instagram Orders
All online orders from Facebook and Instagram are obligated to follow the returns and exchanges policies set forth on this page. The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping charges unless notified otherwise by TVStoreOnline.com. Only the cost of the merchandise is refunded.
