I had recently ordered the BBT Soft Kitty Lounge pants and was really excited when they came in. Unfortunately, there was a strong odor in the elastic of the pants that was too much to bear. Even after washing, the odor was even stronger. I had to throw the pants away. I called the Customer Service number, just to let them know what had occurred, so that they could be aware of the problem, and correct if for future customers. The Customer Service representative who answered my call said that she would mail me another pair. I thought she was kidding. True to her word, within 4 days, a new pair of pants arrived --WITHOUT any odor. Included, was a note to the packer, to check the pants for any foul orders. I am so appreciative of this lady, and this company, for making the situation right. It speaks volumes when a company cares about customer satisfaction, and delivers on it. Thanks guys!
