Late arrival after paying extra for 2-day delivery

I ordered the Vote for Pedro shirt and accessories for our Mother Son dance and paid extra to ensure it arrived on time. During the checkout it gave an arrival date but didn't arrive until 2 days after that date. Needless to say we didn't use it and I had to come up with an alternative costume last minute.
Disappointed and likely will return merchandise.
