The sweater never arrived. Two other items from my order came, but the sweater wasn't in the package. I've tried getting answers from Customer Service, but there have been no responses to my three emails yet. Review will be updated to be based on the actual product if/when it arrives

Lovely Sweater, but the lights don't work.

Really nice quality sweater, but the lights wouldn't come on. I placed the batteries in every way possible and nothing worked. Could have been dead batteries, but I'll never know because the power switch broke off. Oh well, still a cozy and cool looking sweater.
