I get that its a knockoff-i paid less than what i could have found on ebay,but for anyone thinking that thats a legitament limited edition Dwight Schrute bobblehead is wrong.His glasses shouldnt come of and theres other little things that are different.Im not upset about that.Im upset because mine came broken.
I ordered this in October as a Christmas present through the Walmart Marketplace. It wasn’t opened until Christmas and it turned out to be broken, Dwight’s head was broken of. I emailed the company and their response was highly unprofessional (they didn’t even address me in their email), they never apologized for sending me a broken product, and they told me they couldn’t send me a replacement because it was outside their return policy of 15 days. There was never any indication of a 15 day return policy when I ordered it so I assumed it would be the same 90 day policy that Walmart has since it was ordered on the Walmart website. I am extremely disappointed with this customer service and would never order from them again because they clearly have poor quality control.
Shipped fast, perfect condition! Best gift for under the tree for a Office sitcom lover! Best price around too!

The bobblehead was pretty good. It didn’t look exactly like dwight and was a lil bit creepy. Also, the glasses didn’t come glued on him, so I lost mine:(

I ordered this for my sister as a gift and upon arrival, the glasses were broken off. The glasses are also pictured as silver but were a black color in person. The head also does not bobble.
