I have ordered 3 from Walmart which ships from this company and everyone has had a broken neck. Not happy at all. They should be checked before they are shipped.

My last purchase was for 4 Michael Scott Bobbleheads. Alas they all arrived broken. While disappointing, the customer service was wonderful and refunded my order fully within a few days. It was a new item boxed design which is what I blame the broken items on. But TV Store Online was wonderful and rectified the situation wonderfully. Hence my lack of hesitation to order future items,
