The mug shown online was black with white polka dots and the one we received was solid black, so we didn’t receive what we paid for at box opening. At the first washing, before used once, the friends decal started coming off and some of the letters of “FRIENDS” washed right off. It is like they are just decals/stickers stuck on a mug. It wasn’t cheap—so so disappointed
