I ordered a medium size based on the reviews telling me the item runs small. It's so big it doesn't even fit my 6' 2" broadly build boyfriend. I'm 5' 6" and I think the small would be big on me. Material is thin and poorly made.

A large was ordered and it fits like a 2xl. I personalized item which was a Velcro piece so obviously not a permanent personalization and they will not return or exchange. Customers service was very nice but will not bend on return or exchange policy. Which truly makes no sense due to it not being a permanent personalization??? Sadly would not recommend this site and will not order here again. I would strongly advise others to read every detail of your item before ordering.

Special shout out to Danielle over at TV Store Online. I ordered this costume in a Large but it was way too big. I contacted customer service because I had to swap it for a Medium. I added an extra layer of complexity to my inquiry when I asked if I had to return the name patch and that I wanted to order another one in a different name. Danielle took care of me thoroughly and was extremely helpful.

Runs wide, but is otherwise well-made.

All the reviews said that they ran huge, I ordered a 10/12 as an adult women I’m 5’4 about 122. It was way to tight. Definitely Size up!!!!! Loved the costume not bad quality and pretty authentic.

I asked about sizes. And you said that they are true to size. Unfortunately it’s not men’s and women’s. But mine as a small was so overly huge. And even my double XL was way too big and my husband. So

The caddy costume is nice…the sizing is way off. The children’s sizes stop at 10/12 so I ordered my tall 12 year old a small. It’s enormous even for me at 5’5 120 pounds. The costume came very quickly so in light of that I reordered a 10/12. Unfortunately despite paying. For faster shipping it’s taken much longer to arrive and will be too late for him to wear for school parade.
