Wrong order

Package was late, order info was correct on package, completely wrong order shipped. Emailed them the day of, didn't get a reply until about 5 days later. Still working on the issue.

Came broken

I purchased this for my boyfriend who is a huge fan of the office. I received my mug very quick and when i opened the packaging it was completely broken!!! I called the number provided and got to a voicemail but haven't received a call. I had to go onto the website to see if i can speak with someone. I asked if there was anything they could do for me but no one has answered yet. Hopefully a replacement can come in time when I need it.
