Disappointed

The boots look good overall, however one of them had no insole. I had to quickly reorder rather than attempt an exchange due to them nearly being sold out. I will return the defective pair but also need to contact customer service to attempt to have return shipping as well as shipping for the replacement refunded. What a hassle.

My title says it all. I received a size 11, and it’s probably a little bit loose, but I didn’t bother with adjusting the strings.

Great boots for a space suit costume . Soles are hard'ish not as solid as i would like but way better than most alternatives ive come across for the price. If you are a size 13 they will fit but it will be very snug at the end of your toe.
