Requested a refund for a shirt that was sent to the wrong address. Received the shirt that was sent to the proper address, but still haven't received any refund for the shirt that was sent to the wrong address. I emailed about the wrong purchase and refund when purchasing the items. Early in the morning, almost at 8 am. I didn't receive any kind of responce until 8 pm that night saying that nothing could be done until your shipping had received the improper shirt back. 12 hours went by just to be told there was nothing that could be done. Now here we are, weeks later with still no response or refund.
