Received my order and the wrong size was shipped. Emailed customer service and 6 days later still haven’t gotten a response after 3 emails. It was awesome having to buy a second costume because of incompetence and utterly nonexistent customer service.
I have never bought a costume before (like to make my own) but am very pleased with my Waldo costume. Would have preferred a cotton or blend shirt but it was great to have something that fits my large body. I added a cane and backpack to round out the costume. The grandkids loved it! Very good service from TV Store.
I’m a bigger Waldo and I needed a shirt that fit but could never find one larger than a 2x. This shirt feels super quality and it fits amazing, :) can’t wait to start going to festivals as Waldo again!
Costume was reasonably priced and helped me pull off the classic Waldo look I was hoping to do!
