Not clear on shipping

When checking out I paid $15 for 2 business day shipping. That was on a Thursday. Received package following Tuesday. No where did it telle thst you have to order before 3pm for that timeline. That info is on a completely separate page in fine print. Did not receive my costume in time for tbe party at work. If returned I have to pay all shipping costs. No thanks.
